Hello Quilters!People the world over are starting anew. New goals, new dreams, new plans. A common goal and resolution is for improved health. It seems that no matter what ails you, whatever you wish to prevent, the magic cure all seems to be exercise. Diabetes? Exercise. Depression? Exercise. Macular degeneration? Exercise. Alzheimer’s? Exercise. Seriously. It seems there is no part of your body, mind or spirit that isn’t improved by some form of exercise.
